Mash, the owner of Butterfly Café, asked
Brittany to
be the "green team leader." Brittany, cafe manager, was glad to say "yes." She is a student at Boston
Architectural College where she is learning about sustainability and design
practices. Kyla, cafe manager, is also a green team leader. Her artwork graces a new sign in the cafe
encouraging customers to switch from disposable to reusable
