Peter Metz - SBN Board Member & SBLP Coordinator
Peter Metz is a semi-retired management consultant with experience in business change management. He has been a member of the SBN board for four years.
Laury Hammel - SBN Executive Director, SBN Board Member & SBLP Advisor
Laury Hammel is the owner and president of The Longfellow Clubs located in Wayland, Sudbury, Natick, and Franklin, MA. For over twenty years his company has been an environmental leader for local businesses everywhere. He developed the first version of the SBLP in 1989, which was called Conserve, Preserve, and Recycle--CPR for the Earth. Laury has also founded several business groups committed to social and environmental responsibility including BSR, SBN, and the national group called the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE).
Adam Mitchell - SBN Board Member & SBLP Advisor
Adam is a partner in a 14 truck recycling company. Core services are cardboard, paper, cans/bottles, food waste for composting, electronics, wood pallets and scrap metal. Interested in developing "Zero Waste" plans for businesses, institutions, and municipalities.
Susan Labandibar - SBN President, SBN Board Member & SBLP Advisor
Susan is the founder and CEO of Tech Networks of Boston. The firm has been prominently recognized in the Boston Globe, American Public Radio’s Marketplace and many trade publications for its line of energy-saving Earth-PCs and its dedication to environmental causes. She serves on the board of directors for Inner City Entrepreneurs and the Sustainable Business Network.
Susan recently received a Green Business Award from City of Boston for promoting and implementing green business practices. She has also been named to the Inc. Magazine Inner City 100 List by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City.
