The Blue Tierra Chocolate Cafe specializes in handcrafted chocolates, desserts and pastries. To complement these we have single origin coffees, loose leaf teas, and chocolate elixirs. Our cafe menu offers sweet crepes, daily pastries and cookies. We want Blue Tierra to be a place to come and enjoy an endless array of chocolate delights, but we also want to make sure we are protecting the earth at the same time. We feel that it is important to not only excel at meeting our customers needs, but also to exhibit conscientiousness in all our business practices.
