Cafe Zing in Porter Square features products from local bakeries served alongside fair-trade coffee and organic espresso from Equal Exchange! They also feature over 20 organic loose-leaf teas from Irie Tea, as well as chais, ginger lemonade and iced black tea from MEM Tea Imports. At Zing Pizza around the corner, the menu changes depending on what is in season, what is popular, and what their creative staff feel like making. Their pizza sauce is organic, the chicken is free from artificial hormones and antibiotics, and the vegetables, when possible, are local. Cafe Zing and Pizza are committed to composting and recycling, and to creating a more sustainable (and edible!) future.
