Founded in 1989 the Cambridge Brewing Company is the oldest brewery-restaurant in the Boston area and one of the nations first. As pioneers of new American beer styles we offer our patrons a wide array of hand crafted original beers as well as our interpretation of classic world styles and experimental beers. This adventuresome spirit plays out in our kitchen as well where the finest local ingredients are crafted into creative American cuisine. Paying particular attention to pairing food with beer our chefs prepare fresh seafood, meats and produce with an emphasis on bold flavors and interesting combinations. Our pride and enthusiasm are as evident in our Butter Brook Farms chicken, Block Island swordfish, and Pat’s Wellfleet littlenecks as they are in our burgers and pizzas!
